RESTAURANT DESIGN
CITY PORK
Collaborated with the owner and Head Chef to develop the menu concept and theme. Created an OOH advertising strategy before and after the restaurant’s opening. Conceptualized monthly emails and directed food photoshoots. Designed in-house collateral items such as table tents, drink menus, and coasters for the bar area. Finally, created email campaigns and menu designs for special themed dinners each month.
CITY PORK CATERING
Used in-house photography to create a tri-fold brochure highlighting all catering options. Designed a customer follow-up postcard for all restaurants in the group. Created user-friendly order forms for all holiday dinners. Designed a fun t-shirt for City Pork Catering staff. Created and wrote content for all email campaigns. Designed marketing rack cards, coasters, and special menus for themed dinners.
SPOKE & HUB
Created color palette and brand identity for the restaurant. Designed all menus, including lunch, dinner, brunch, and drinks. Created all collateral items for the restaurant, including coasters, take-out bags, business cards for staff, and table tents. Wrote and designed content for all email campaigns.
SOLOU
Created a custom pattern for use in menu design and in other collateral throughout the restaurant. Designed menus for both Baton Rouge and Lafayette locations. Conceptualized a brunch-forward marketing campaign and created web and social designs to emphasize that. Designed restaurant table tents and coasters for the bar area. Photographed all new menu items for web, print, and social campaigns.
